Barley House is set on the end of a row of finely converted self-catering properties in the original barn at Talaton House.
The open-plan living space overlooks the parkland through floor-to-ceiling windows. Comfortable sofas means everyone can sprawl out and watch a film on the large flat screen TV/DVD/Blue-ray player, wireless speaker – perfect to curl up on after a day exploring Devon. With under floor heating throughout, it means you’ll stay nice and cosy too. Outside there’s a terrace with seating and table so you can make the most of that parkland view.
The smart kitchen has all mod cons and the equipment you could wish for (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge- freezer, induction hob/electric oven and Nespresso machine).

Barley House sits at the end-of-row of the cottages. Particularly suitable for those with limited mobility it has a wide, gently sloping paved path/ramp alongside the gravelled terrace leading to the front door; Parking is off the public road within the grounds of the property. There is space for 2 Standard sized cars. One of these spaces is located adjacent to the paved path that leads up to the front door. The second parking space is within the shared parking area located approximately 30 meters away. Loading and unloading outside the Cottage. Dogs to be kept on leads within the grounds. This is a non smoking property.
