The Gardener’s Cottage is set in the middle of a row of converted self-catering properties at The Great Barn.


A very comfortable open-plan sitting/dining room with a deep sofa, just right for a cuddle up in the evening. TV/DVD/Blue-ray/Wireless speaker.The room looks onto, and has access to, the private graveled terrace via the ceiling high glazed door. Table, chairs and barbeque ensure that full advantage can be taken of the beautiful setting.


The smart kitchen, open plan but set slightly apart from the dining area, has all mod cons and the equipment you could wish for, (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge, induction hob/electric over and Nespresso machine). The Kitchen front door opens onto a small rear courtyard with 6 steps up to the rear back drive.


At the top of the stairs the family bathroom comes complete with bath suit along with shower over bath


The master bedroom (5ft double) looks over the lovely parkland setting with the small twin (2’6” beds linkable to 5’ double) room located towards the rear of the property.


Gardener’s Cottage is fully WiFi ready, so if you need to keep in touch with the outside world you can.


Gardener’s Cottage may be accessed from the rear back drive, via 6 steps leading down into the rear courtyard and to the Front door. This opens into the kitchen area. Unloading and loading is possible from the rear back drive. Parking is off the public road within the grounds of the property just 20 meters from the cottage. There is space for 2 standard sized cars. Dogs to be kept on a lead within the grounds. This is a non smoking property.
